prepfrancais is a digital service. Nothing is posted, couriered or shipped, and there is no delivery charge. This page explains how access reaches you instead, and how quickly.

Nothing is shipped
There is no physical product. We do not post books, discs or printed material, so there is no shipping address to give us, no delivery fee, and no tracking number.
How access is delivered
Everything is delivered inside your account at prepfrancais.com. When a payment is confirmed, the plan is applied to the account that paid and the paid features unlock immediately — normally within a minute or two, and within 24 hours at the outside if a payment needs manual confirmation. There is nothing to download and nothing to install: sign in and it is there.
Your receipt
An invoice is emailed to the address on your account as soon as the payment lands, and the same receipts stay in your account under Invoices for as long as the account exists.
Where we deliver
Everywhere. The service works from anywhere with an internet connection and there is no country we exclude.
If access does not appear
If a payment succeeded and the paid features are still locked, sign out and back in first — that refreshes what your browser knows about the account. If it is still locked, email contact@prepfrancais.com with the date and amount of the payment and we will unlock it, usually the same business day. If we cannot deliver it at all, we refund it in full.

Prep Francais is the trading name of Bharat Yadav, who is the party you contract with when you buy a plan.
