Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 7 days of paying, if you have not used any of the AI corrections or speaking evaluations the plan gave you, we refund it in full — no reason needed. The refund and cancellation policy has the rest of the detail.
What can I do for free?
3 AI writing corrections and 3 speaking evaluations, one of which can be the tâche 2 roleplay, plus the full exam simulation, unlimited review of your own mistakes, mock exams, and 3 model answers.
What will happen at the end of a subscription?
Your account returns to the free plan. The free trial is granted once and does not refill, but your data, mistake history and statistics are kept.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Creating an account and the free trial require no payment method.
